purpsoe. We do that by accomplishing our mission to know Jesus in relationship, become like Him in discipleship, and make Him known in Evangelism and outreach.

Soul Winners is a multi-cultural, multi-generational assembly of changed lives, whose hearts are overflowing with radical worship to God, and mouths filled with a revolutionary word for their generation. We aspire to become an army of worshipers whose

ministry has such a tremendous effect in the city of Memphis, TN that its impact extends to the Nations of the World.

We value radical worship to God, fellowship with one another, and selfless service to others. 

Soul Winners is as a creative, innovative, Christ Centered Ministry, where we focus on teaching people practical ways to encounter God's presence and walk in their purpose. We believe the Church is the school that the believers in Christ attend to identify their callings, develop their gifts, and graduate them into the service of God's Kingdom.

We Believe

 

GOD

 

We believe in the one true and living God: eternal and holy in nature, and infinite in knowledge and power. This one true God has revealed Himself as the Father of creation; as Son, in redemption; and as the Holy Spirit, in regeneration. (I Cor. 8:6; Eph. 4:6; II Cor. 5:19; Joel 2:28).

 

 

THE BIBLE 

 

We believe that the Bible is supreme revelation, verbally inspired of God to man, superior to conscience and reason, though not contrary to it, and is therefore our infallible, authoritative rule of faith and practice (John 17:17; Rom. 12: 1,2; 2 Tim. 3:15-17; 1 Thes. 2:13; 2 Pet. 1:19-21).

 

THE DEITY AND LORDSHIP OF JESUS CHRIST

 

We believe that Jesus Christ came into the world to reveal the Father and was the brightness of His Glory and the expressed image of His person. We believe that in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead in bodily form, and that it is impossible to know the Father without knowing the Son (John 1:1-14; John 13; Colossians 1:15-19; 2; Hebrews 1). The Lord Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God. The Scriptures declare: His virgin birth (Isaiah 9:6-7; Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:30-35); His sinless life (Hebrews 7:26; 1 Peter 2:22); His miracles (Acts 2:22; 10:38); His work on the cross (1 Cor. 13:3; 2 Cor. 5:21); His physical resurrection from the dead (Matthew 28:6; Luke 24:39; 1 Cor. 15:4); and His exaltation to the right hand of God (Acts 1:9, 11; 2:33; Philippians 2:9-11; Hebrews 1:3).

We acknowledge His Lordship over all things.(Matthew 28:18; Acts 2:36; Romans 10:1-13; 1 Cor. 12:3; Phil. 2:9-10).

 

THE FALL OF MAN

 

We believe that man, by voluntary transgression, fell from a state of righteousness and holiness in which he was first created, into a state of spiritual death, and separation from God in which he is held as a slave of sin, until he is delivered by the power of the Gospel of the Kingdom of God (Gen.1: 26-27; 2:17; 3:6; Rom. 5:21; Psalms 51:5; Rom. 6:23; John 8:32-36).

 

THE NEW BIRTH

 

We believe the words of Jesus that “you must be born again”. This is the spiritual birth from death into life. This happens when a person truly believes on the death burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. (John 3:3-7; 1 Cor. 15:1-4). With the heart a person believes that Jesus died, was buried, and resurrected. That belief is a revelation of Jesus that puts them in right relationship with him. And with the mouth a person confesses what they believe unto salvation. (Romans 10:9). This cannot happen by man's works, but by God's grace. (Ephesians 2:8-9).  

 

THE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

 

We believe that all believers should enthusiastically expect to receive, the promise of the Father, the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, according to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ. This was the normal experience of all believers in the early Christian Church (Luke 24:49; Acts 1:4,8; 11:14-16). With the Baptism in the Holy Spirit comes such experiences as an overflowing fullness of the Spirit (John 7:37-39; Acts 4:8); a deepened reverence for God (Acts 2:43; Hebrews 12:28); and intensified consecration to God. (Acts 2:42). We also believe in the operation of all of the gifts of the Holy Spirit in the Church today. This includes the initial physical sign of speaking with other tongues as the spirit of God gives expression.(Isaiah 28:11-12; Ezekiel 36:26; Acts 2:4; 10:44-48; 19:6; 1 Cor.14).

 

 

THE BLESSED HOPE

 

We believe in the resurrection of those who are dead in Christ and their translation together with those who are alive and in relationship with Jesus Christ. This is the blessed hope of the church (John 5:28-29; First, Thessalonians 4:16-17; Rom. 8:23; Titus 2:13; 1 Cor. 15:51-52; 16:22).

 

 

THE RETURN OF THE LORD

 

We believe in the physical return of the Lord, and the restoration of all things as it was spoken by all the prophets since the beginning of the world. (Matt. 23:39; 25:31; 24:42-44; Mark 14:62; Acts 1:11; 3:19-21; First Thessalonians 4:14-18).

 

 

THE FINAL JUDGMENT

 

We believe in the final judgment of all mankind. Those who have rejected God will live eternally separated from Him, and those who have trusted in Him will spend eternity with Him. (Matt. 24:36-51; 25:46; Rom. 6:23; 2 Thess. 1:5-9; Rev. 20:11-15; 21:8).

 

 

THE NEW HEAVEN AND NEW EARTH

 

We believe that there will be a new heaven and a new earth where there will be righteousness, peace and joy forever (Isaiah 65:17; 66:22; 2 Peter 3:13; Revelation 21:1​
